Quilts: Batts & Bed Products
We process wool and new polyester into quilt batts. We also tie quilts into
warm and wonderful comforters! These are available in the following sizes
and prices.

-Batts will also be custom made to your weight specifications.
-Wool is $12.00 per pound and polyester is $5.20 per pound.
-We will cover you batt in muslin upon request. Muslin is $3.49 per yard.
-We will tie a quilt for you using your own fabric or fabric chosen from our
inventory. Fabric is $5.49 per yard.
-Custom work is billed at $20.00 per hour.
-Oversized quilts will incur additional charges.

Reconditioning of Used Quilt Batts:
-It is recommended that woolen quilts periodically be reconditioned. This
involves washing and recarding the batt. This will make your batt look good
as new!
- Removing the covering or cheesecloth will incur a $15.00 charge if we do
it.
-The charge for reconditioning is $4.55 per pound.
-We recommend adding a pound of new wool to compensate for loss in the
recarding process. New wool is $11.00 per pound.
-We do not recommend using reconditioned batts in a king sized quilt.
-We will tie your reconditioned batt into a quilt.
